Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Standard domestic shipping is free and includes tracking.
When will my order be ready?
We aim to send requested digital proofs within 48 hours. Once approved, we typically process and fulfill orders within 3–5 business days. Shipping transit time is additional.
How do I provide artwork?
Choose your product, size, and quantity, then upload your artwork using the options on the product page. For QR stickers, provide the destination requested on that page. Contact us if you need help before ordering.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Choose the digital proof option when ordering. If you request a proof, review and approve it before production. Choosing to print without a proof means you are submitting print-ready artwork.
Can I return custom stickers?
Custom stickers and labels cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are not as ordered or were damaged in transit. Contact us about incorrect items or send images of shipping damage so we can help.
